I account it in a fair 15 minutes tact. Tittles are, as long as there amount is within, free of cost.

For websites I offer you an accounting by pages. Also fixed salaries from 500 ? are possible.
For the development of PHP applications an accounting by hours makes sense, willingly until a defined maximum.
